(Gillette, WY) — A suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman in McKenzie County last March has been arrested in Wyoming. Officials say Hugo Hernandez surrendered to authorities in Gillette on Thursday. He was taken into custody after police located him at a local motel. Hernandez is being held in the Campbell County Detention Center on charges of negligent homicide and discharge of a firearm within city limits.
