(Medora, ND) — A restaurant in Medora is getting national recognition. The video series “America’s Best Restaurants Roadshow” is highlighting Theodore’s Dining Room, located at the Rough Riders Hotel in Medora. The video shows host J Russel in the kitchen of the restaurant while Chef Colton Miller makes his famous Bison Osso Buco. Russel also spoke with the hotel’s hospitality director about the history of the Rough Riders in North Dakota.
