Men Accused Of Trafficking Fentanyl Pleading Not Guilty

(Bismarck, ND) — Three men facing drug trafficking charges are pleading not guilty. Dylan Tucker, Fenton Matthew, and Bryce Bell are accused of transporting fentanyl into North Dakota. Last month, Tucker and Matthew were arrested when police discovered over three-hundred fentanyl pills in a vehicle occupied by the two men. Bell was also arrested that same month when authorities found more than three-hundred grams of fentanyl in a package being delivered to him. Tucker and Matthew are scheduled for trial in September.
