(Minot, ND) — The city of Minot and Police Chief John Klug have agreed to part ways. Klug had come under investigation over allegations of “inconsistent discipline and a hostile work environment.” The external investigation did not find proof of the allegations, but did recommend a number of improvements. City Manager Harold Stewart confirmed Klug is no longer police chief, but no details about the agreement between Klug and the city are available.
