(Minot, ND) — A Minot man has been found not guilty of manslaughter. KMOT says 24-year-old Ian Abrahamson was acquitted Thursday in the shooting death of 34-year-old Davin Smith. Abrahamson told authorities that he shot Smith last October because was coming towards him “in an aggressive manner.” After a three-day trial, a Ward County jury found Abrahamson not guilty of manslaughter and aggravated assault.
