(Minot, ND) — Minot police have arrested a man in connection with a series of local drug overdoses. Antuan Smith faces four counts of delivery of controlled substances resulting in death or injury, though officials say they aren’t aware of any fatal overdoses linked to Smith. He’s currently being held in the Ward County Jail pending an initial court appearance, and he faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
