(Renville County, ND) — A Minot man is facing manslaughter and negligent homicide charges after a fatal motorcycle crash. William Foondle is being charged in connection with the September crash that killed a woman who was riding on the back of the motorcycle. According to court documents, Foondle was under the influence. He was released on five-thousand-dollars’ bond and is due back in court next month.
