(Fort Wayne, IN) — A man wanted for murder in Minot has been arrested in Indiana. Authorities say 30-year-old Quantdre Mersier was taken into custody Thursday in Fort Wayne on a felony murder warrant. Investigators say he fled Minot after the November 2023 shooting of 29-year-old Ansu Kamara, who died of his injuries a week later. The U.S. Marshal’s Service assisted in Mersier’s capture.
