(Minot, ND) — A man suspected of strangling a woman to death in Minot is facing a murder charge. The Minot Police Department says Friling Hadley was arrested early Tuesday morning after he fled from police. Officers were called just after midnight to a northwest Minot apartment where they found a man performing CPR on the woman. The man told police Hadley was supposed to be waiting outside to meet the police, but he wasn’t there when the officers arrived. Officers followed footprints in the snow and found Hadley about a block from the apartment.
