(Minot, ND) — Most residents of Minot think it’s a good place to live and raise kids. The 2023 Citizen Survey was released to the City Council on Monday. Most of those responding rated Minot above the regional and national average as a top place to live. The city earned high marks for fire and police services, library services and water and sewer. The most dissatisfaction was about matters like parking enforcement, litter and maintenance of properties.
