(Minot, ND) — The Minot School District is putting some land near Ramstad Middle School up for sale. The district is selling almost 70 acres because of the large amount of maintenance the land needs. Minot Public Schools Superintendent, Dr. Scott Faul, tells KX News there hasn’t been a value placed on the land yet — but some are already showing interest in it.
