(Minot, ND) — A 19-year-old man who’s one of two suspects accused of a shooting in downtown Minot has pleaded not guilty. It happened in June, when police say Jamonie Davis and another suspect opened fire along 1st Avenue Southeast and Main Street, injuring three people. Investigators say he admitted to the shooting, and to throwing the gun into a river afterward. Davis is charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, and tampering with evidence. He’s next due in court in October.
