(Minot, ND) — There’s growing concern about where Minot’s homeless population will go to stay warm this winter. That’s because Project BEE says its warming shelter won’t re-open this year. Project BEE shut down temporarily after the non-profit’s former executive director was accused of embezzling money last December. The shelter later re-opened, but has been running under limited hours and resources since then. The non-profit’s basic needs pantry, diaper pantry, and shower program will continue operating.
