(Minot, ND) — Minot police have arrested a woman in connection with a Monday night robbery. Officers were called to a gas station along North Broadway on a report of a robbery, and were told that a woman had taken a bottle of whiskey and walked out without paying. She then allegedly pulled a knife and threatened to kill a gas station employee when he confronted her. The woman was identified as Denise Howlingwolf, and she was arrested at a nearby motel. Police say Howlingwolf also spat on an officer who was taking her to jail, and she faces charges of robbery, terrorizing, and contact by bodily fluids.
