(Morton County, ND) — A man accused of leading police on a car chase through Morton County faces several charges. It began Friday night, when Bureau of Indian Affairs agents alerted Morton County deputies to a stolen SUV driving north toward Mandan. Deputies spotted the SUV and a pursuit began, which later ended after the driver slammed on the brakes and two people reportedly jumped out and ran. Deputies used a bloodhound to track one of the suspects to a garage, where they arrested Zane Kelly. He’s charged with possessing a stolen vehicle, fleeing, and reckless driving.
