(Bismarck, ND) — Most of North Dakota’s election results are now official. The State Canvassing Board met Wednesday and unanimously certified the results of the November 5th election. However, the board will reconvene next month to consider the automatic recount results of two soil conservation districts. Legislative races in two districts are within the margin for candidates to demand a recount, but at least one of them — Republican state House candidate David Brien in District 9 — says they didn’t plan to challenge the results.
