(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota Lieutenant Governor and gubernatorial candidate Tammy Miller has announced Commerce Commissioner Josh Teigen as her running mate. Teigen was appointed to the commerce position by Governor Doug Burgum in September of 2022, and he previously served as Commerce’s Economic Development and Finance Division director. Miller says Teigan is “an experienced business leader and he understands economic growth and diversification”. Miller is running against Republican Kelly Armstrong, Democrat Merrill Piepkorn, and Independent Michael Coachman.
