ND Pipeline Find $450K

(Undated) — The EPA is hitting a North Dakota pipeline company with a 450-thousand-dollar fine for air pollution violations. The agency announced yesterday it had reached a consent settlement with Arrow Pipeline based in Keene, North Dakota. EPA investigators discovered the violations last year during a routine inspection of gas compressor stations on the Fort Berthold Reservation. Arrow has corrected the issues and agreed to pay the fine as part of the consent agreement.
