(Bismarck, ND) — The state’s public service commission is set to vote tomorrow on the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline project. If the three-person commission approves the plan, carbon emissions would be permanently stored underground west of Bismarck. The PSC denied the permit to Summit last year, but the company has since changed its route and appealed the decision.
