(Minot, ND) — People attending the North Dakota State Fair this year will have to deal with construction in Minot. The construction is part of an ongoing flood protection project, and will result in multiple road closures and detours in the city. Walking paths close to Minot Roosevelt Park will also be closed to pedestrians. The state fair always causes an increase in traffic in Minot, and due to the construction, attendees are being asked to be extra cautious this year.
