ND State Fair Manager Retiring

(Minot, ND) — Long-time North Dakota State Fair General Manager Renae Korslien has announced her retirement. For the past fifty years, Korslien oversaw many aspects of the event, ranging from construction of the new grand stands to booking famous musical acts ranging from KISS to Ludacris. She says that “It has been an honor to contribute to such an important event in our state, and I am proud of all that we have accomplished together.” Her replacement has plenty of experience too. Craig Rudland was named the new fair general manager — he’s worked with the North Dakota State Fair for more than forty-two years.
