NDHP Offers “Virtual Ride-Alongs”

(Burleigh County, ND) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol is offering “virtual ride-alongs” for anyone interested in getting a behind-the-scenes look at a day in the life for a trooper. A Safety and Education says there’s a dual purpose for offering the virtual ride-alongs. One purpose is to give the public a better idea of the duties performed by the Highway Patrol. The other purpose is to serve as “a recruitment tool” and show how law enforcement agencies differ from one another. The virtual ride-alongs are available through the North Dakota Highway Patrol’s Facebook and Instagram pages or you can call the Highway Patrol directly.
