(Williston, ND) — A neighborhood revitalization program is kicking off in Williston. A new resolution passed by the city commission allows local homeowners to apply for a low-interest loan that goes towards home remodeling. The project was started after residents reported having issues with getting loans for home renovations. Anyone in Williston with a single-family home valued at 275-thousand-dollars or less can apply for the loan. The application requires a 25-dollar fee, and can be submitted online or be picked up at the Williston Building Department.
