New Attorney For Man Facing Drug And Bomb Charges

(Williston, ND) — A new attorney and pre-trial conference date has been given to a Williston man accused of possessing drugs and explosives. Police they found methamphetamine and 15-hundred pounds of explosives in Ross Petrie’s garage earlier this year. He was charged with possession of a bomb, along with possession and manufacture of methamphetamine. Petrie received a new attorney after his previous one withdrew from the case, pushing his pre-trial conference to August 1st.
