(Fargo, ND) — Developers are looking into creating a new outdoor concert video in Fargo. It would be called U-P District Festival Field and would be located along 5th Avenue North near downtown. Developers have put together a conceptual rendering of the proposed one-point-37-acre venue and it will be presented to the Planning Commission for consideration tomorrow.
