(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Burgum and other state agencies have announced a new resource to help North Dakotans improve their financial literacy. The state and the Bank of North Dakota joined together to launch a new website called “Smart with My Money.” The free website has financial assessment and resources to get you set up with personalized financial assistance. Governor Burgum points out that only 37-percent of adults in North Dakota felt confident in their knowledge of finances. He hopes to make North Dakota the most financially literate state by 2027.
