(Mott, ND) — A town south of Dickinson is planning to break the world record for the most fireworks launched at the same time. “Inforum” says the attempt will be made on New Year’s Eve at the Hettinger County Fairgrounds in the town of Mott. The Hettinger County Activities Association is working with pyrotechnic professional Garrison Risner on the fireworks show, which will be a fundraiser for the Great Plains Food Bank. The event will begin at 3 p.m. Tuesday with food and beverages, blackjack, a live band and a “kid zone.” The 13-minute fireworks display will begin at 10 p.m.
