No Charges In Motorcycle Crash That Injured James town Man

(Ransom County, ND) — No charges will be filed after a Jamestown man was injured in a motorcycle crash earlier this month in Ransom County. The North Dakota Highway Patrol say Monte Rodacker was riding his 2000 Honda Shadow in the middle of a group on September 15th when several other motorcycles passed him at high speed. The motorcycles in front of him suddenly braked while trying to negotiate a curve and Rodacker, trying to avoid a crash, was thrown from his bike. He suffered broken ribs, a concussion and a cracked skull.
