(Minot, ND) — The Norsk Høstfest board plans to move forward with this year’s festival under its own management. The board thanked EPIC for running the festival for the past two years, but asked for more volunteers to come forward and help with this year’s event. Høstfest will take place September 25th through the 28th at the North Dakota State Fair Center in Minot.
