(Bismarck, ND) — The summer travel season is forecast to have a big impact on North Dakota. Triple-A says more than half of the state’s population is planning on taking a summer trip. Additionally, and more beneficial for the state’s economy, travelers heading to the state are expected to surge. Despite the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency, Triple-A says families are still wary of large crowds, making North Dakota’s wide open spaces an ideal destination.
