(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Farmers Union will head up the tri-state Regional Food Business Center. The announcement comes as the USDA is expanding its ag food and supply chains across the country. The MiNKota Regional Food Business Center is still shaping up and officials say it won’t consist of “brick and mortar” facilities.
