(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota House is advancing revisions to the state’s “heartbeat” abortion ban. The Red River Women’s Clinic, previously located in Fargo, is challenging the trigger law, leading a judge to enforce an injunction on the ban while the matter goes through the courts.
