North Dakota House Prices Rising

(Bismarck, ND) — Recent data from a study shows that house prices in North Dakota have risen significantly. According to the study by Texas Real Estate Source, the average cost of a home in the state nearly doubled from what it was in 2016, an increase of 82-percent. The area of the state that saw the steepest increase was a part of southern Richland County, which saw an 89-percent increase. Overall, the study listed North Dakota at number-seven on a list of the 10 states with the highest increase in house prices since 2016.
