(Green Bay, WI) — A North Dakota man has agreed to plead guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Wisconsin. Federal court records say 42-year-old Kelly Rosemore will plead guilty to enticement of a minor, and committing a felony against a minor while required to register as a sex offender. Court records show that Rosemore began messaging a 14-year-old girl online last November, and that they met in March at a hotel in Green Bay and again in April. Prosecutors are recommending a 30-year prison sentence. A plea agreement filed Thursday is asking for a 23-year sentence.
