(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Public Service Commission is again considering the application for the proposed Summit Carbon Solutions CO2 Pipeline. The company has made some changes since its permit was denied last year, including re-routing the pipeline ten miles north of Bismarck. The company hopes to install pipelines to transport carbon dioxide across five midwestern states and store it underground in North Dakota. More public hearings on the issue are scheduled today at the Baymont Inn in Mandan.
