North Dakota Representative Charged With DUI

(Grand Forks, ND) — A North Dakota representative from Grand Forks has been charged with driving under the influence. Booking documents show that Claire Cory faces a Class B misdemeanor DUI charge, and she was booked at 2:33 a.m. Tuesday morning. Since Cory was charged in municipal court, no further documents will be available until the case is closed. Her arraignment is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on May 21st.
