(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota’s retirement fund for teachers is being honored once again. The Teachers’ Fund for Retirement, or TFFR, has received its eighth Public Pension Standards Award for Funding and Administration. The award is given out by the Public Pension Coordinating Council and recognizes organizations with excellence in public defined benefit plans.
