(Fargo, ND) — Police are releasing the name of a young woman who was killed in Monday morning’s hit-and-run pedestrian crash in Fargo. Police say Robyn Krause was crossing 38th Street South and 53rd Avenue South just before 6:30 a.m. when she was hit by a northbound Dodge Charger. Krause was rushed to Essentia Health, where she later died. Investigators say the motorist – later ID’d as Alex Cruz – fled the scene. Officers located and arrested Cruz sometime later. Charges were not announced.
