(Powers Lake City, ND) — The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division has received reports of an oil spill near Powers Lake City. The division says the spill happened last Friday at a well site, and about 300 barrels of oil were released. Fortunately, the spill was contained on-site, and clean-up is currently underway. Approximately 175 barrels of oil have been cleaned up following the spill.
