(Napoleon, ND) — One of two sexual exploitation cases against a Jamestown priest is dismissed. An order signed last month by Logan County Judge James Hovey shows one felony case against Reverend Neil Joseph Pfeifer has been dropped. According to court documents, the Logan County State’s Attorney did not present enough evidence to show probable cause. Pfeifer is still facing another count related to multiple sexual encounters with a woman he was treating in private therapy sessions.
