One Man’s Mental Health Journey Across North Dakota

(Fargo, ND) — A North Dakota man is walking across the state to promote mental health awareness. Thirty-two-year-old David McDonald started his journey near the Red River in Moorhead and says he’s’ not stopping until he hits the Montana state line. McDonald’s struggled with drugs in the past and, more recently, the loss of his father. McDonald says he’s taking his time, part of his focus on patience in a bustling world, as he plans on hitting Montana in about two weeks.
