(Bismarck, ND) — Overdose rates are on the rise in North Dakota. Boston-based group Stone Injury Lawyers conducted a survey on drug overdose mortality data in each state from the CDC from 2021 to 2022. North Dakota has seen an increase in fatal overdoses of more than double that of most states, ranking sixth in percentage change at just under 16-percent.
