Parents Charged In 2-Year-Old’s Suspected Fentanyl Death

(Bismarck, ND) — Two Bismarck parents are facing charges in connection with the suspected fentanyl death of their 2-year-old son. Officers were called to the home of Jasmine Charging and Jordan Many Ribs on Sunday, where they found the child unresponsive. Police say they found fentanyl, meth, and marijuana in the home. The 2-year-old was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, and testing revealed fentanyl in his system. Charging and Many Ribs are charged with endangerment of a child resulting in death, child neglect, and drug possession.
