Parents of Bismarck Toddler Who Died of Fentanyl Overdose Get 12 Years

(Bismarck, ND) — The parents of a toddler who died from a fentanyl overdose in Bismarck are each being sentenced to 12 years in prison. The two-year-old boy died January 21st at the home of Jordan Many Ribs and Jasmine Charging. The couple had previously pleaded guilty to eight charges related to the boy’s death. Judge Pam Nesvig sentenced them to ten years each on the charge of endangerment resulting in death and two years each on a child neglect charge.
