(Fargo, ND) — A Peer Assistance Crisis Team is assisting those first responders on the scene a week ago when Fargo Police Officer Jake Wallin was shot and killed and several others were injured. The crisis team is a group of first responders who have taken additional training on how to help coworkers process traumatic events. Talking through the trauma can help alleviate the anxiety and depression that first responders often experience.
