(Bismarck, ND) — Phase One of the Grand Farm Research Center near Casselton is complete. Yesterday lawmakers and farm leaders gathered in the state Capitol for a press conference to highlight the success of this project. It includes an innovation campus and field plots where crops can be grown and studied.
