(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck Police are asking the public’s help identifying two suspects related to an ongoing investigation. The department shared a photo of the two suspects who were both wearing masks. No other information was made available. Anyone who may recognize the two in the photo is asked to contact Bismarck PD.
