Second Arrest In Death Of Teen

(Fargo, ND) — A second suspect is in custody for a shooting that killed a teenager in Fargo earlier this month. Nineteen-year-old Fabian Scott was arrested recently for his alleged role in the death of 16-year-old James Moore. Police believe Moore was involved in a fight before he was shot and killed on May 22nd. Scott and 31-year-old Marcus Rexrode are facing charges including murder.
