Senate Seat, Governor and Cannabis Being Decided Today

(Undated) — North Dakotans are deciding a U.S. Senate race today with Republican incumbent Kevin Cramer facing Democratic challenger Katrina Christiansen. Who will be the state’s governor is also on the line as Republican Congressman Kelly Armstrong is up against Democratic state senator Merrill Piepkorn and independent Michael Coachman. The winner replaces Governor Doug Burgum who couldn’t run again because of term limits. North Dakotans are also voting on Measure 5, which would legalize recreational cannabis in the state.
