(Grand Forks, ND) — Grand Forks Police are still looking for the suspect in a recent shooting. The shooting happened Sunday in the city. SWAT ordered residents to shelter in place after executing a warrant at an apartment on the city’s north side Monday afternoon. Still, 25-year-old Omar Martinez is on the loose.
